Perera and group winners galore
The Road to THE TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP 2023

The 52-week race to the Tour Championship 2023 began last weekend in style. Isaac Perera won Group A in Sunday's 14U to jump to 17th in the standings in his first tournament. With his game difference he claimed the overall championship.
There is a new leader atop the 14U rankings. William Stallings also went unbeaten and won Group B, taking 75 points with a game difference just behind Perera's. He hops over Zi Yang for first place in the year's first list.
Three groups competed at the USTA 10U tournament on Saturday, with no one able to defeat Andrew Tong or Atticus Chavez, both group winners taking home 80 points. Finn Jackson edged out his competitors in Group B, which was the most closely contested group in the short Sweet Spotter Series history. Three players traded victories among themselves and finished 2-1 overall, with Jackson winning on game difference.

Each weekend until Thanksgiving, Tennis Central is bringing you USTA and UTR tournaments at Holton-Arms School. Earn points for advancing through each round, just like on the pro tours, and qualify for the TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP at season's end.
Bigger events offer more points, with the TOUR CHAMPIONSHIP offering the most, as well as prizes.
