Record-setting day for BGO

The most matches in one weekend took place to set a record for the Blue Glove Open, with eighteen. It may end up a short-lived record as the competition adds weekend evenings at Bethesda Country Club starting this week.

Bora Barclay kept his hold on the Group A lead even though he was fiercely tested. Caleb Wade asserted his position and propelled his rise through Group A with an 8-4 win over Barclay. Ray Zhang went the distance with Barclay at 8-6.

Mack Fisher added to his Group B cushion with an impressive win over Cameron Lucci. Cole Piraino went 1-0-1 over the weekend with a draw against Kara Suri.

David Gong earned his first victory with a win over Group D leader Razi Dinan.

It's all a race to CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND, Nov. 13-14! Sign up, and you could be crowned champion! Sign up or ask our tournament director any of your questions.
