Blue Glove Open: Spring 2023, Week 6
Lara Isler's 2-2 record this season is good enough for first place in Group C following her tight 8-5 victory over Siena Auzoux. The win vaulted her above Parker Javdan and Paisley Fromer, unbeaten but with just one win so far. After falling just short in the Winter Final a few days ago, Isler grabs the Player of the Week honors for Week 6.
Shiloh Auzoux was also victorious this weekend, defeating a player a group above him, Andrew Liu, by the score of 8-2. It was enough to take the Junior Circuit's currently ranked No. 1 player to third place behind only Annie Lippard and Lara Dabney in the BGO Group D standings.
Liu fell to seventh out of the ten Group C players for the spring, while he's played three matches, more than anyone in the league except leader Isler, who's played four.
Daphne Dunlap leads the overall groupings, still at 2-0 as we close in on the Finals.
